We have listened to what our customers require most in a 90cm freestanding oven.
They require a large oven for that special occasion but do not really need a large oven for every day cooking, taking longer to heat up and using much more energy.
So we have produced our DUO-OVEN. Our top oven is 70 litres and the bottom oven is 80 litres. Thats a total of 150 litres, 35% larger than the average single 90cm freestanding oven (110L).
Use one oven for mains and one for deserts or grilling. Both ovens have a full sized grill. No other 90cm oven has so much grilling area.
The ovens also include Ceramitherm — an extra-high-density ceramic insulation that results in all external surfaces being kept below 32°C. This not only reduces energy consumption by 20 per cent, it also makes the exterior of the oven extremely safe, especially for small children.
The massive 15Mj wok burner is ideal for large pots and wok cooking and is part of the five gas burners all with cast iron trivets.
Cleaning is a breeze with easily removable internal glass doors. All
of Allenzi’s ovens are constructed from high-quality, heavy-duty components,
and are truly built to last.
